How it is used in a coaching business

The method exists because the usual options for a coaching business at 40 to 60 clients are to hire more coaches, hire a generalist operator, or take advice from a consultant. None of them makes anyone responsible for the outcome. Performance-Based Fulfillment puts one team in charge of the whole back end, gives it a number for every system, and ties its pay to the two numbers that matter most to the founder: how many clients stay, and how many buy again.

The word fulfillment is used deliberately. It is the term coaching-business owners use among themselves for everything after the sale. Performance-Based Fulfillment (TM) is a trademark of Scale With Fulfillment and describes the company's own method, not a generic category.
