How we publish results and testimonials.
Three rules, applied to every number and every quote on this site.
Results are from named engagements and are not typical.
Every case study names the client, uses the client's own figures and states the period. Results depend on the program, its price point and where retention starts. The figures we publish are what happened in those engagements, not a promise of what will happen in yours.
Every testimonial is a real person who gave written permission.
No testimonial on this site is invented, written by us, or generated. No incentive is offered for a positive review and no negative feedback is suppressed. Where a relationship beyond the engagement exists, it is stated next to the testimonial. Ben Kelly, for example, is a client, and Diego also builds his website.
No earnings claims without substantiation.
We do not state or imply that a coaching business will earn a specific amount by working with us. Where a client's revenue figure appears, we hold the client's written confirmation of it and can provide the basis on request.
Why this page exists
The rules above follow the United States Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and the Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule that took effect in October 2024. Under those rules a testimonial that is not representative must be accompanied by a clear statement of the results generally expected, and "results not typical" on its own is not enough. We apply the same standard to every visitor regardless of where they are.
