Proof Engine
The Proof Engine is the procedure that turns client results into testimonials, case studies and referrals without anyone remembering to ask. When the dashboard records a milestone, a request goes out, in the client's channel, from the person they already talk to. Consent is written, the numbers are the client's own, and every piece is stored where marketing and sales can use it.
becomes a proof request at the moment it happens
What we build
The parts.
- Milestone definitions per program: the moments worth asking about.
- Request scripts: a voice-note ask, a written follow-up, and a simple form for the client's own words and numbers.
- Consent: a written permission record per piece, with what may be shown and where.
- A proof library: tagged by result, niche and format, so the sales team can find the right story in a minute.
- Case-study production: a template that turns the client's numbers and words into a page in a day.
What moves
The numbers.
- Proof pieces per month, tracked like any other output.
- Referral rate, because a client who has just been asked about a win is the client most likely to send a friend.
- Sales conversion, because the sales team stops working from three old screenshots.
Procedure
SOP excerpt: Milestone proof request
One of the procedures in this system, as written for a client's team. Every SOP has a trigger, an owner and numbered steps.
Dashboard marks a client milestone as reached.
The client's client success manager.
- Within 48 hours, send a voice note naming the specific win. Ask for two sentences on what changed.
- If the client agrees, send the consent form with the exact use listed. No form, no publication.
- File the quote, the numbers and the consent record in the proof library with tags.
- Ask one question: who else should be in this program? Log the referral.
Platforms this system is usually built in. The routine matters more than the software.
Questions
Asked about this system.
Yes, and that is the point of doing it as a procedure. Every testimonial is real, consented in writing, and shown with the context of typical results. No incentives are tied to positive sentiment, and no negative feedback is hidden. Our disclosure page explains the rules we follow.
